Vulcania, located just 20 minutes from PlanetObserver’s office in Clermont-Ferrand, is an amusement and entertainment park dedicated to volcanoes and planet Earth. With its massive 22-meter dome, Vulcania’s planetarium is the largest in France, providing visitors with an immersive view of the world.
Another remarkable example is the planetarium in Saint Etienne, at about 90-minute drive from Clermont-Ferrand. Located in the hometown of RSA Cosmos, this planetarium offers an added feature of 3D Earth imagery, creating an even more immersive and realistic experience for its audience.
